Every detail — from the care we put into our products to the complimentary delivery we extend to each order — reflects that belief. In order to continue offering this standard without compromise, all sales are considered final. This policy applies to all products available on our website.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges for:
• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Fit, feel, or aesthetic expectations
• Delayed delivery
• Ordering errors made at checkout
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, sizing charts, and descriptions carefully before completing a purchase.
Manufacturer Defects or Damage
In the rare event that an item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect or production error, we will gladly make it right.
To be eligible:
• The issue must be manufacturing-related (e.g., misprint, construction flaw, damage during production).
• Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• Clear photographic evidence is required.
If approved, we will provide one of the following at our discretion:
• A replacement of the same item, or
• Store credit equal to the original purchase price
Refunds are not issued.

By placing an order on nuggs.com, you acknowledge and agree that:
• All sales are final
• No returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be permitted outside of manufacturer defects
